Accounts are for parents and legal guardians who are at least 18 years old. You create and supervise profiles for your own children. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
There is no open sign-up. Access is granted by approval from the waitlist. We may add, limit, or revoke access to keep the community safe and the service manageable.
Artwork, music, and other creations made in the app belong to your family. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to your family within the app so the features work. We don’t claim ownership and we don’t use it for advertising.
Kaleido Club is currently free to use. It carries no advertising, and there is nothing to buy inside the app — no in-game currency for sale, no paid upgrades, and no way for a child to spend real money. The Kaleido Coins children earn are part of the game and have no monetary value. If we ever offer optional paid features, we will update these Terms and describe pricing, billing, and refunds before anything is charged.
The app is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY] provides the app without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time. You can delete an individual child profile, or your entire account and everything in it, yourself from the Parent Zone — see the Privacy Policy for what that removes. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
